Mo Mostafa Bala
Mo graduated with an MEng (BEng-Hons) in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Mo is responsible for carrying out engineering exercises prior to client undertaking vessel operations. He has of experience of the maritime industry and in the education sector (HE & FE) over a period of 20 years. Mo also holds Certificate of Competency, MCA (Marine Engineering Class-II) for merchant vessel and Assessor qualification (City and Guilds) for small vessel operation and design.
M T Jaman
M T is a qualified and professional Chartered Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience on naval architecture, structural engineering and marine/mechanical engineering. MT has working experience within several organisations focusing on project management, Design and Engineering across the Marine, offshore energy and renewable sectors. M T specialises in the vessel design and operation, surveying, oilfield equipment design, offshore structural design, conversion/upgrade, new builds, plan approval, design review and model based engineering. MT has managed wide range of projects in Maritime and offshore sectors and provided technical advice and solution to the clients worldwide.
Sabuj Biswas
AFNI, MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management, FVDO Class 1(Skipper). Responsible for commercial, sales, logistics, international trade, customer success and day to day operations of the business. Our innovative products and service aimed to use around the world for the benefit of the oceans propelled by this supportive personality. Passionate about sustainability, lean-green initiative, circular economy, ESG and customer centricity, he has extensive operational experience for numerous successful business to sustainable start ups.
